Thank you for shopping with Skin Deep by Paris. We appreciate your trust in our handcrafted skincare and body care products. Because our products are made with care, quality, and hygiene in mind, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

 

All Sales Are Final:

Due to the nature of skincare, body care, and personal hygiene products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

This policy ensures the safety, purity, and integrity of every product we sell.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

We want you to love your order! If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY + DEPOSIT POLICY

All payments toward the retreat are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

This includes the deposit and any additional payments made toward the total balance.


This policy is in place because:


  • Retreat reservations secure lodging, meals, gifts, and activities per person
  • Costs are paid in advance to vendors, facilitators, and venue partners
  • Your spot is held exclusively for you and cannot be replaced once booked


If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments by the due date. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your spot with no refund.
